User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship between the owner of the website Vectors.life (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) regarding the use of the website https://vectors.life/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1.2. Using the Site signifies the User’s full agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.

2. Services Provided by the Site

2.1. The Site provides Users with the opportunity to order an individual energy profile, which is generated within 15 minutes after payment and sent to the specified email address.

2.2. The User is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1. Payment for services is made through the payment systems available on the Site.

3.2. Payment is considered successfully completed after confirmation of the transaction by the payment system.

3.3. Since the services are related to individual analytics, refunds are not provided after the profile is generated and sent to the User.

4. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Parties

4.1. The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and not to take actions that may disrupt its operation.

4.2. The Administration is not responsible for any errors in the provided data, as well as for delays in sending the profile caused by technical failures.

4.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services without explanation.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

5.1. All information provided by the User is protected and used solely for the purpose of generating the energy profile.

5.2. The Administration does not transfer personal data to third parties without the User’s consent, except as required by law.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. In the event of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them through negotiations.

6.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in court in accordance with the law.

6.3. Using the Site means the User’s agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
